Shipping policy

We ship all our orders using fast, fully tracked services from either Royal Mail or DPD to ensure you get a speedy and reliable delivery. We currently only dispatch orders to addresses in the United Kingdom.

  • 1-2 day delivery time - 90% of orders arrive the next day (restrictions apply)

DPD Next Working Day

  • Order by 3pm for same day* dispatch
  • Next working day delivery (does NOT deliver over the weekend or Bank Holidays)
  • £3.99 on orders over £35, £7.99 on orders below £35
  • Fully Tracked service with 1 hour delivery window
  • Email and/or SMS delivery notifications
  • DPD Local excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, UK Islands and the following excluded postcodes: AB30 to AB38, AB44 to AB56, AB83, BT, G50, G83, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27, KA28, KW0 to KW99, PA20 to PA99, PH17 to PH99, PO30 to PO41, TR21 to TR25, TR37, ZE.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm

  • Order by 4pm for same day* dispatch
  • Next day delivery by 1pm or postage charges refunded in full (restrictions apply). Excludes Bank Holidays.
  • £5.99 on orders over £35, £9.99 on orders below £35
  • Fully Tracked service with 2 hour delivery window
  • Email and/or SMS delivery notifications
  • Signature required. You must be in to accept delivery.

*We dispatch orders between Monday and Friday (excluding Public and Bank Holidays). Orders placed after the cut-off times for your chosen delivery option will be dispatched the next working day.

You must supply full and accurate name and address details at checkout to ensure our delivery partners can successfully delivery to you. Incomplete or incorrect details may impact delivery and neither Vape Liquids or our delivery partners can be held responsible.

In the unlikely event that a product is out of stock you will be contacted by our customer services team to arrange a suitable replacement or refund.

If your order has not arrived or is incorrect please notify us as soon as possible so we can rectify this for you as a priority.
