Vape pods are designed for use with pod system kits, which feature a plastic pod instead of a glass tank. Pods house the e-liquid and coil which connects to the top of a specific pod kit with magnets. Tanks also house the e-liquid and coil, but are 510 thread connected to the top of a pen kit or vape mod allowing them to be used on a variety of devices.
Pods are generally more compact, discreet, low-maintenance, durable, and easier to use compared to tanks, better suited to new vapers.
